Old blog
Well, it's getting there. I've got the background and the banner, back up. Next will be making all the little boxes all a color to match the background. This'll teach me to back up the css file! LOL! It's just so much fun doing this all from scratch again!
Oh yeah, it also helps to make sure that your publishing default is on publish and not draft! Well, I'm off to get Sarah from band practice and then maybe I'll take some time to read. I have to get my book done by Friday, when I have book discussion!

Monday Madness 11-13-06
This week's questions all come from fellow participants and it pretty much completes all the suggestions I've received so far. Feel free to continue to offer your suggestions. 1. From ch'i: If you could only read one blog every day- which one blog would be on your daily list?
Probably a family or pet-related blog! I love reading about people's day-to-day adventures.
2. From kat: What do you do to de-stress from a hectic day?
Surf the net, play with my dog, play the piano, bake bread, although not necessarily on the same day! Right now, I would just like to go to bed and probably will soon. I stayed up way too late, the last two nights. It's not good being a night owl, in a morning world.
3. From paxil princess: What is your favorite piece of clothing to wear in the winter?
Turtlenecks and sweaters.
4. From sherle: Do you prefer discussing problems with a sibling, a parent, a significant other, a psychologist, or a total stranger?
I guess it depends on the problem. I have probably discussed problems with all of the above, except a psychologist.
5. From trista: How long have you been blogging?
Since about 2003.
6. From lisa e: Which side of the bed?
I sleep on the right hand side of the bed. My bed faces north. I sleep on the east side and DH sleeps on the west side! LOL!
7. From elton: How often do you pig out when you eat?
Sometimes. Sometimes not.
8. From karen: Do you watch the space shuttle launches?
I was fascinated with spaceships when I was a kid. I loved watching the moon landing. Now, I'm usually too busy and we probably don't get the right channel on our tv, so I only get to see them on the news. We have cheap cable for the TV, so we can pay for the FAST cable internet!
9. From dawn: What's your favorite leisure-time activity?
Right now, it would be anything that isn't working! I like to garden in the summer, but it seems I hardly had time for it, last summer.
10. From sherle: When is the last time you said, 'I love you' and to whom? What about hugs? Who is the last person you hugged?
DH and people at church. We have a pretty touchy-feely church and it's not unusual to get hugs, during the "peace" time. The last person I said "I love you" to, would be DH.

Temporary Blog
Argh. For some reason, my blog wouldn't let me save tonight! I have no idea why, so I deleted it and am trying to start over. All of my entries were actually saved, but I don't quite know how to access them! I'm glad they really aren't gone! I'll figure it out, eventually.
I'm so tired tonight, too, because I stayed up way too late the last two nights! It certainly wasn't the brightest thing to do. Bleah. I can hardly see straight and should just go to bed.
It was a blah day, too. I had to work. The sun didn't shine and the temps are just warm enough to melt the 4 inches of snow we got on 11-10-06! It was so pretty the other night. Now it just looks like ugly spring snow! LOL!
I'm so tired tonight, too, because I stayed up way too late the last two nights! It certainly wasn't the brightest thing to do. Bleah. I can hardly see straight and should just go to bed.
